Shopping for a Teleport staff

Magic staves and orbs can roll the suffix of Teleportation (Teleport charges) once the item's level is at least 24; using it needs character level 24. Shop items are made at about your own level, so look from around level 24 on. Leave town and come back (a waypoint trip is enough) to get a new stock.

Gambling

Pay gold for an unidentified item of a base you pick. It comes out magic most of the time, sometimes rare, and rarely set or unique; the base can turn out exceptional or elite at higher levels. What can be gambled:
