Terms of Service

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of D2RHub (d2rhub.com), run by Emil Johansson, Sweden. By using the site or signing in you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Not affiliated with Blizzard

D2RHub is an unofficial fan site. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Blizzard Entertainment. Diablo and Diablo II: Resurrected are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc., and game names, data and images belong to their respective owners.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You sign in with your email and password or with Discord, Google or GitHub. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Do not impersonate other players.

How trading works

D2RHub helps players find each other and agree on trades of in-game items. The trades themselves happen inside Diablo II: Resurrected, directly between players. D2RHub is not a party to any trade, does not hold items or payments, and cannot guarantee that the other player will deliver, or reverse a trade that went wrong. Ratings and reviews help, but always trade carefully.

Rules

When using D2RHub you must not:

• Scam or deceive other players, or post listings for items you do not have.
• Buy or sell items, accounts or services for real money or other real-world value.
• Offer or advertise cheats, bots, duped items or anything else that breaks Blizzard's terms.
• Harass, threaten or spam others, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content.
• Manipulate ratings, for example with fake trades or multiple accounts.
• Disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours.

We may remove content and warn, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.

Forum

The rules above apply to the forum too. In addition, keep threads on topic for their board, don't bump or spam, and only upload images you have the right to share. Forum posts and images are public. Moderators may edit titles, move, lock or delete threads and posts that break the rules.

Creators

Content creators can apply to publish articles and videos on the D2RHub blog. We decide applications and may revoke creator status at any time. Channel links on a creator profile must be your own. Posts by new creators are checked by our staff before they go live, and we may edit the title badge, unpublish or remove any post. You keep ownership of your posts and videos; you give us permission to show them, their thumbnails and their discussion threads on D2RHub.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post, such as listings, reviews and messages. You give us permission to store and display it on D2RHub so the site can work. You are responsible for what you post.

No warranty

D2RHub is a free hobby project provided "as is". Item data, prices and build guides may be incomplete or out of date, and the site may change or be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost items, failed trades or other losses arising from your use of the site or from dealings with other players. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Ending your use

You can stop using D2RHub at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by Swedish law.
