How crafting works
Besides the bonuses on the left, a crafted item gets 1–4 random magic affixes, from the same pool as rare items of that type.
Item level = half your character level + half the magic item's item level (rounded down). A higher item level allows better affixes.
Required level = the highest requirement among its affixes + 10, + 3 per affix.
